Accessible and easy to locate business entrance and exit (not raised, wide enough, has no obstacles, door handles are well within reach or left open if possible, contrasting colour around entry)
Designated accessible parking bay for people with disability either onsite or nearby and an accessible path of travel from parking bay to business.
Accessible toilet for people with disability either onsite or nearby (enough space for a wheelchair and a carer)
Clear, well-marked business signage that can be easily understood and welcoming to a diverse range of customers
Well-lit, easy to identify and tidy service counter with wide enough space for pram/wheelchair/walking frame to move past
